Submitting Your Podcast to GEM Streaming Network

Welcome to the GEM Streaming Network podcast submission guide. Use this as your checklist to prepare and submit your podcast for consideration.

Prepare Your Materials

• Create a creator profile including your bio and contact information.
• Provide a podcast logline, a synopsis, and a concise overall show description.
• Each episode must include its own detailed description explaining episode content.
• Prepare a trailer or sample episode to showcase your podcast style.
• Upload and generate a link to your full podcast series.

Content Requirements

• Podcasts should be original, clearly produced, and relevant to GEM’s audience.
• Preferred audio formats: MP3 or WAV with high fidelity (minimum 128 kbps for MP3).
• Clean, well-edited audio with consistent volume levels and minimal background noise.
• Metadata must include clear episode titles and show branding.

Technical Specifications

• File format: MP3 (128+ kbps) or WAV (16-bit or 24-bit).
• Sample rate: 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.
• Stereo audio is recommended.

Executive Producers Review Process

• Submitted content will be reviewed by GEM Executive Producers.
• They will evaluate for quality compliance with GEM standards.
• Feedback or requests for revisions may be communicated.
• Approved podcasts will be onboarded for distribution on GEM Streaming Network.
