Submission Process and Materials
The submission process for GEM is designed to be straightforward while giving the platform’s content team all the information they need to evaluate your series. A complete submission package increases your chances of acceptance and demonstrates your professionalism.
Prepare Written Materials
Create a compelling series logline (25 words max) and detailed description (150-200 words) that clearly communicate your concept, genre, and target audience. Draft a creator bio highlighting relevant experience and your unique voice.
Compile Rights Documentation
Gather documentation confirming you own or have licensed all content elements. This includes actor releases, location permissions, music licenses, and any other clearances relevant to your production.
Organize Video Assets
Prepare a trailer (30-60 seconds) or select a sample episode that best showcases your series’ appeal. Ensure your complete series is accessible via a private link (YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, etc.) with password protection if necessary.
Submit Package
Email your complete submission to submissions@GEMStreams.tv with “GEM Submission: [Your Series Title]” in the subject line. Include all materials and contact information for follow-up questions. (This will have to be adjusted.)
